PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone cleaning method which is capable of efficiently dissolving gaseous ozone into water to be treated, obviates the generation of the bubbles of harmful gaseous ozone and the occurrence of clogging of pores, is therefore capable of cleaning even the water to be treated likely to contain foreign matter and utilizes the effect of sterilizing and deodorizing, decomposing of organic matter, etc., by the gaseous ozone and cleaning equipment. SOLUTION: The ozone cleaning method of cleaning the water to be treated by dissolving the gaseous ozone into the water to be treated, in which the gaseous ozone is dissolved in the water to be treated through a non-porous gas dissolving membrane.
