PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely set the angle of a back part a mattress, a love seat, a couch and a legless chair of the reclining type made of urethane, to provide 90-degree rotation for minimizing the volume at the time of housing and to provided their manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The objects of this invention are formed of a back part skeltal structure, a bottom part skeltal structure and an angle adjusting type joint. The reclining type is a feature of them and they can be turned to a foldable type by a 90-degree angle bending type joint.
