PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catcher for setting pots shipped from a factory in a plurality of rows and layers in a container, carrying layered pots on the top row of the plural rows in the container into the outside of the container at the same time, and arranging the pots at the same time in a frame where the pots are arranged in parallel in a plurality of rows for sowing and raising seedling. SOLUTION: This catcher forms catching members (16) through fastening the free ends of crosswise crossed thin lines (17) relatively to a point of the undersurface of an upper plate (11); wherein spherical pot catching parts (2) made of a soft synthetic resin material are each set on the right places of the thin lines (17). The catching members (16) are put into a pot (1) through alienating the upper and lower plates (11 and 12) from each other to make the swell of the catching member (16) small. When the upper and lower plates (11 and 12) are approached to each other in this condition, the swell of the catching member (16) becomes big and the pot catching parts (20) of the catching member (16) are seized on the inner peripheral surface of the pot (1).
