PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the operability of a joy stick or the like is bad. SOLUTION: Micromanipulators 13, 14 driven along three axes X, Y and Z disposed on a microscope 12 are controlled to be driven in the respective directions of X, Y and Z axes by the operation of a mouse 24, whereby a user is enabled to operate the micromanipulators 13, 14 by one hand, and carry out the micro-operation more simply than the operation of the mouse 24.
