PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating rate of a punching device by reducing the frequency of replacement of a punches to the movable member. SOLUTION: The punching die relating to the present invention is used for punching the work W arranged between the punches 12a and 12b provided on a movable member and the die 43 provided on the fixed member by the punches 12a and 12b and the die 43. The punching die comprises a support mechanism for supporting a plurality of punches 12a and 12b so as to be displaceable axially, and position changing mechanisms 24, 28 and 29 for holding the punches 12a and 12b at operation positions or stand-by positions with each of the punches 12a and 12b supported on the support mechanism displaced axially in the movable member. Accordingly, even if the first punch 12a wears, if the position of the punch is changed by the position changing mechanisms 24, 28 and 29, the current punching operation can be continued by the second punch 12b.
