FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering rational psychotherapy to a patient aimed at human being recovery as integral system. The physical warming up exercises are done including biologically active points massage, exercises for training the vertebral column, eyes, feet, meditation breathing exercises, breathing exercises after Strelnikova and pranayama. Relaxation is given and psychological suggestion is prescribed to self-perfect the own personal and emotional values. To do it, the patient is asked to carry out self-study for achieving self-knowledge and revealing factors blocking development of certain properties that allow one to manifest his abilities in the following spheres like development of leadership and fighting qualities, creative abilities at welfare level; information; maintenance for multiplying common wealth; setting records and accomplishing heroic deeds; highest skill and systemic approach to business; interrelations; ability to perform internal transformation; teaching and tutoring activities; professional achievements; activities requiring extraordinary and nonstandard approaches and faculties; creative work in the field of art. The patient is asked to create highest positive image worth achieving. Correcting exercises involving particular organs, parts of body are done. Diary is to be written for performing self-control.
