SUBSTANCE: device has blinds of steel nets arranged at an angle to the protected object, armored section made of three layers, the outer layer is made of high-strength steel with a high hardness and has a thickness equal to the bullet caliber, the second layer is made of high-hardness porous ceramics with a thickness equal to 10-15 bullet calibers, the third layer is made of plastic material with a thickness equal to 0.5-1.0 bullet caliber. The blinds of steel nets are arranged in several strata on the outer or inner side of the vehicle and have a cell clearance hot exceeding 0.5 of the bullet caliber.
