SUBSTANCE: increased voltage or voltage of heater caused by anomalous operation of monitor and fed to cathode-ray tube of color display or increased voltage fed from power supply source to peripheral circuit is detected and disconnected to prevent formation of X-radiation and increased voltage. Anomalous voltage across output voltage leads is used for direct control over part of power supply source and output part of horizontal deviation.
