FIELD: cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: innovation deals with the composition for skin including lipophilic and hydrophilic components to be applied on skin and existing in a two-phase system to create a semipermeable membrane. Moreover, the mentioned lipophilic component includes a fatty acid containing 14-20 carbon atoms or the mixture of any mentioned fatty acids and dimethylpolysiloxane; hydrophilic component includes triethanolamine, monopropylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and one or more components chosen out of glycerol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol or their mixture. Also, the innovation deals with the method to obtain the composition for skin. One should dissolve in water in a separate container the lipophilic components to be combined with hydrophilic ones that should be mixed and used to carry out reaction in another container. It, also, refers to the method to palliate pruritus or any other kind of skin irritation. The composition in question could develop an osmotic, that is a semipermeable, skin membrane to prevent it against harmful substances and provides improved capacity to be restored as a result of any defects and lesions.
