SOLUTION: An HMO server having a reference point calculating means calculating a medical institution identifying reference point and an HMNO web page where the calculated result is inserted, a health insurance supply company server provided with a superior medical institution data list where the name of the medical institution which exceeds the previously decided reference point is registered and the database of a subscriber entering a health insurance commodity that the health insurance supply company supplies, an insurance IRC terminal having a function for supplying health insurance information to the medical institution and the patient and an insurance auditing function, a medical IRC terminal supplying medical system information to the medical institution and the patient and a medical consultant IRC terminal supplying improvement information on the medical facility identifying reference point to the medical institution are connected through an electric communication line.</p> |
