SOLUTION: A region specification part 103 specifies a mixing region formed by mixing foreground object components constituting a foreground object and background object components constituting a background object and a non- mixing region formed of a foreground region composed of only the foreground object components and a background region composed of only the background object components corresponding to image data. A mixing rate calculation part 104 detects the mixing ratio indicating the rate of mixture of the foreground object components and background object components in the mixing region formed by mixing the foreground object components and background object components corresponding to the image data. At least one of the region specification part 103 and the mixing ratio calculation part 104 performs image processing according to a plurality of kinds of components.
