<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly obtain work distribution by supporting a process for distributing the several thousands of works into the several hundreds of processes. SOLUTION: This device comprises of a work list storing means 2 for storing a work group, a working time and an in-product working position, an in-process work list storing means 4 for storing a work group distributed to each process and the order of work in the process, a walking time calculating means 6 for calculating the walking time of an operator from the order of work stored in the storing means 4 and the in-product working position of the work in the order of the work, a 'visual display screen of work distribution' display means 8 for estimating and displaying the working time and the walking time in a Y direction according to the order of the work in the process at the position of each work in the picture whose X axis indicates the process, and whose Y axis indicates a time, a movement permitting means 30 for permitting a planning operator to designate and move the specific work in the display screen, and an updating means 32 for updating the storage contents of the storing means 4 according to the movement result of the previous page. Thus, the planning operator can visually confirm and improve the work distribution.</p> |
