PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the looseness of a sub-deflection yoke in all directions while positioning the sub-deflection yoke by a simple method. SOLUTION: The sub-deflection yoke 21 is formed by winding vertical raster distortion correcting sub-coils 23, 24 and horizontal raster distortion correcting sub-coils 25, 26 around a ring core 22 formed of ferrite into a ring shape. A first groove 27 is formed at one face of the ring core 22, on a straight line L1 passing the center axis S1 of the ring core 22. A second groove 28 is formed at one face of the ring core 22, changing an angle by an angle A1 to the straight line passing the first groove 27.
