PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuations in the operating speed and the power consumption at gain switching by decreasing the circuit area and the power consumption. SOLUTION: The voltage amplifier circuit has a voltage amplifier 2 and a gain changeover device 7 that can change at least of the capacitance between a signal input terminal 6 and the input terminal of the voltage amplifier 2, the capacitance between the input terminal of the voltage amplifier 2 and ground, and the capacitance between the input and output of the voltage amplifier 2.
