SYSTEM FOR DISPATCHING TEMPORARY STAFF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a temporary staff dispatching system which coincides with the characteristic of a short-term temporary staff dispatching and can solve various problems. SOLUTION: This temporary staff dispatching system supports the dispatching of a temporary staff belonging to a plurality of respective temporary staff dispatching source companies to a dispatching destination company. The system uses a database for storing information about a temporary staff. The database is limited so that temporary staff dispatching companies other than a temporary staff dispatching source company to which a corresponding staff belongs can not access to information for accessing the staff. Thus, many temporary staff dispatching companies can participate because access information to a staff can not be leaked to the other temporary staff dispatching companies.
