PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system in which fine operation is performed to use of equipment by a user and security is enhanced. SOLUTION: A server to be constituted of any one of complex devices 21, 22, 23 or a PC 24 judges access permission of the equipment and operation permission of an operation accompanied by printing to the user, sets restricting conditions (the number of printable sheets, usable time) to the operation accompanied by the printing on the equipment (the complex devices 21, 22, 23 or the PC 24) on a LAN 20, judges whether or not use time during the operation reaches the usable time or whether or not the number of printed sheets reaches the number of printable sheets in the equipment (the complex devices 21, 22, 23 or the PC 24) and when the use time during the operation reaches the usable time or when the number of printed sheets reaches the number of printable sheets, forcibly terminates the operation. |
