PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call notification system which is useful and can be inexpensively realized for identifying a mobile telephone terminal notifying an emergency, and for transmitting the fact of emergency including the position information of the telephone terminal to various types of notifying destinations, by utilizing the existing infrastructure without adding a new function to the mobile telephone terminal. SOLUTION: The number of a mobile telephone terminal making a call is identified by using a number display information. Alternatively, a mobile telephone terminal is identified by obtaining identification information for identifying the mobile telephone terminal accessing the Web site. The position information of this mobile telephone terminal is obtained from a position information providing facility of the mobile telephone company. An image, voice or a message including the position information of the mobile telephone terminal is formed and is transmitted to a facsimile number, a telephone number or a mail address, etc., which is previously registered.
