PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent useless cost expenditures of analysis work by bearing the costs of the analysis work from the effect of analyzed results (gain). SOLUTION: As a result of an analysis, knowledge contents that are discovered and newly brought about are subjected to an optimum function (numerical formula), and the effect of the optimum function is verified by performing reproduction simulation of an optimum operation on analysis source data by using the optimum function to calculate gain (amount) for a user (analysis consignor). Charging is performed in the form of dividing the gain (amount). Then, the user of a data analysis can expect an effect more than a payment amount corresponding to a charge by performing a charge in dependence upon the effect brought about as a result of analyzing a data analysis work, that is, the gain of the user (analysis consignor), and also gains are brought about to both (analysis consignor and consignee) by returning the effect brought about in such a manner that the performer (analysis consignor) exerts an effort to bring about the effect to the charge. |
