PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency power supply device which is low in cost and light in weight and has a resonance circuit with a high input impedance, and to provide an induction heating roller device, a fixing device, and an image forming device which are equipped with the high frequency power supply devices. SOLUTION: This high frequency power supply device has a rectifying DC power supply RDC which rectifies a low frequency AC voltage; a high frequency filter HFF; a high frequency generating circuit HFS which has a resonance circuit RC on its high frequency output terminal B; a high frequency voltage feedback circuit HFB having an impedance conversion circuit ZC which feeds back a high frequency output voltage; a high frequency voltage injection circuit HSI which rectifies the fed-back high frequency output voltage, superposes the rectified high frequency output voltage upon the DC output voltage of the rectifying DC power supply RDC, and inputs the resultant DC voltage to the high frequency generating circuit HFS; and a high frequency rectifying/smoothing circuit HRS which rectifies and smoothes the high frequency output voltage. The high frequency output voltage is fed-back via the impedance conversion circuit ZC, rectified and smoothed and superposed upon the DC output voltage, and inputted to the high frequency generating circuit HFS. |
