A touch panel according to the present invention comprises: a substrate; first touch electrodes extending in a first direction; first auxiliary electrodes which are arranged on the same layer to the first touch electrodes; an insulation film arranged on the first touch electrodes; second touch electrodes which are arranged on the insulation film and extend in a second direction; and second touch electrodes which are arranged on the same layer to the second touch electrodes. The second touch electrodes have first and second portions having different pattern shapes. The first portions and the second portions cover all or a part of metal lines which selectively constitute the first touch electrodes and the first auxiliary electrodes. According to the present invention, a resistance of a touch electrode can be reduced by using an auxiliary mesh electrode, which results in a decrease in an RC delay.
