<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data outflow in such a manner that an illegal third person copies confidential data recorded on an information processor onto a recording medium to take out the confidential data, also to suppress the utilization of the data copied onto the recording medium by the illegal third person and further to track and inspect processing to the data copied onto the recording medium. SOLUTION: A recording medium for managing such as an IC card is issued to manage the handling of confidential data. In the case of copying the confidential data onto the recording medium, the information processor performs copying only when the information processor can read information that allows copying from the recording medium for management. In the case of utilizing the confidential data existing on the recording medium, the information processor allows the data to be used only when information that allows the data to be utilized can be read from the recording medium for management. When these processing is performed and/or when the processing fails, the processing history is recorded on the recording medium for management and is used for later inspection.</p> |
