The present invention relates to a double sided light receiving type PERL solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof capable of receiving light from both sides by forming a local real side electrode and a local back surface field layer after burning and coating conductive paste on an opening of a passivation layer selectively as well as minimizing the consumption value of the conductive paste. The manufacturing method of double sided light receiving type PERL solar cell comprises the following steps: preparing p type crystalline silicon substrate; forming n type emitter on the upper side of the substrate; forming a passivation layer on the back side of the substrate; forming a contact hole by etching the passivation layer selectively for the back side of the substrate to be exposed; coating conductive paste including trivalent metal on the contact hole of the passivation layer; and burning the conductive paste to form a local back side electrode as well as forming a local back surface field layer in the back side of the substrate.
