PURPOSE:To obtain information about actual operation by assembling a dummy fuel cell with a dummy cell tank, a dummy cathode tank, a dummy anode tank, and arranging the first, the second, and the third flow rate control valves, then performing dummy run before a cell main body is installed in a plant. CONSTITUTION:A dummy cell 7 is assembled with a dummy cell tank 1a, a dummy cathode tank 2a, and a dummy anode tank 3a or the like. Dummy run is performed in such a way that nitrogen is supplied to the cell tank 1a from a flow rate control valve 11, and the air is supplied to the cathode tank 2a from a control valve 12 and it is mixed with nitrogen supplied from a supply valve 8, and a reformed gas is supplied to the anode tank 3a from a control valve 16, and hydrogen is discharged from a control valve 9, and nitrogen is supplemented from a supply valve 10, then these gasses are supplied to a reformer combustion chamber 15. Information about actual operation can previously be obtained, and efficiency and safety can be increased. |
