PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize enhancement of operating efficiency by making an error releasing work be performed in the early stage without forcing an excess burden on a specific user and to make a plurality of users to more fairly share the error releasing work. SOLUTION: When an error is generated in a printer 4, a control part 41 discriminates whether or not an image processing job to which completion time is imparted, namely, the image processing job completed after time by tracing from the current time by prescribed time and from which the processing result is not yet collected is held (s402) at a queue in a job managing part 41b. When the image processing job to which the completion time is imparted is held in the queue, the control part 41 transmits error release request information (s403, s404) to a terminal 3 to output the image processing job and other image processors installed at positions close to the terminal. |
