PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carriage assembly for a disk driver with simple constitution enabling easy reduction of weight and cost. SOLUTION: The carriage assembly 5 used for a disk unit is provided with a bearing member 4 in a hub section 3 of the carriage assembly 5, and the bearing member 4 is constituted of resin with lubricity. The bearing member 4 is provided with a bearing hole 4H and a concentrical projecting part 4p on the inner wall surface of the bearing. Or bearing members 4 are provided with a bearing hole 4H and are separately arranged in the axial direction of the hub section 3.
