PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent resin surface of a resin conductor foil laminated from being contaminated by chemicals and marked, foreign objects from being mixed into the resin surface of a resin conductor foil laminate in a conductor foil- plated laminate manufacturing process, and to provide methods of manufacturing a resin conductor foil laminate which are superior in handleability and a double- sided flexible printed wiring board, which is high in productivity and whose sides can be processed at the same time. SOLUTION: A protective film 10 is equipped with a resin layer pasting adhesive layer 12 formed on either or both of the sides of a film base material 14, a resin layer 18 and a conductor foil 20 are laminated for the formation of a conductor foil laminate 22, and the protective film 10 is pasted on the surface of the resin layer 18 of the conductor foil laminate 22 in a detachable manner, through the intermediary of the resin layer pasting adhesive layer 12.
