PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation monitor for a canned motor by making the meter unit 45 compact thereby containing it in the terminal box of the canned motor. SOLUTION: The meter unit 45 is provided with a signal processing circuit 26 for processing the output signals of detecting units 24, 25 and a rectifier circuit 30 of a DC low voltage power unit 28 for driving the signal processing circuit 26. A control board 22 installed on a place isolated from the canned motor 21 is provided with an AC low voltage power unit 28. The rectifier circuit 30 is connected to the AC low voltage power unit 32 with a low voltage power line 66. Since the meter unit 45 is made small-sized and installed in the terminal box located apart from a terminal cover, the furnishing a wiring to the terminal box is simplified, enabling the same meter unit 45 to be used with various sized terminal boxes. |
