PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit formed on a semiconductor integrated circuit having a multilayer structure and capable of repeatedly reversing a connection/ cutting state by modification in an arbitrary layer. SOLUTION: A first pass of the circuit 300 serially connects a target part 331 in an electrically cut state and target parts 321, 311 in a connected state by conductors 330, 320, 310 and contacts 351, 352. The circuit 300 connects six passes cut by each combination in the target part of one part and two parts in parallel. Whenever a connected/cut state is reversed, a pass cut at one part is modified to another pass cut at the two parts in a suitable condition so that the pass being the cut state of each combination is maintained, and if the reverse modification is performed in the suitable condition, the connected/ cut state of the circuit can be repeatedly reversed by the modification in the arbitrary layer. |
