NON-CONTACT IC CARD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive non-contact IC card which has high physical reliability and high mass-productivity. SOLUTION: This IC card is equipped with a 1st card base material 107 which has a storage part 107a for storing an integrated circuit and an antenna 103, a film base material 105 which is joined with the 1st card base material opposite the storage part, and the integrated circuit 102 that the film base material holds in its storage part. The film base material has a 1st through-hole 105a formed at a position corresponding to the electrode 102a of the integrated circuit, a 2nd through-hole 105b formed at a position corresponding to a terminal part of the antenna, and an antenna connection lead 103a formed of conductive ink on the reverse surface of the surface joined with the 1st card base material. The antenna connection lead is connected to the electrode of the integrated circuit through the 1st through-hole and further connected to the terminal part of the antenna through the 2nd through-hole.
