PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppressing technique which is capable of drastically reducing an installation volume as compared with a sound absorption lining and suppressing the growth of an in-space acoustic mode in spite of the absence of an adapting mechanism by optimization of the shapes of small holes even under the high sound pressure and high-temp environment in combustion equipments, etc. SOLUTION: This system selects any one among the shapes of the small holes, jet blowout or inflow angles, jet flow rates, the thickness of a partition rear layer and the angles of the airstreams flowing into the partition rear layer or the combinations thereof. The system is installed with error sensors in noise spaces in order to enhance the sound absorbing effect and has the adapting control mechanism for adjusting any one among the shapes of the small holes, the jet blowout or inflow angles, the jet flow rates, the thickness of the partition rear layer and the angles of the airstreams flowing into the partition rear layer or the combinations thereof.
