PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving method of an important call from a customer, a casual call system by which received information is efficiently passed to an person in charge for post processing even in the case of receiving the call by an agent not in charge of it, and a distribution method. SOLUTION: The call system for distributing an incoming call to a corresponding agent is provided with a plurality of terminals which are for performing a normal job and are to be switched to an incoming call receiving picture preferentially to the other jobs when incoming call, a plurality of telephone sets provided corresponding to the terminals, and a server which stores caller information registered in advance and transmits the caller information retrieved from the telephone number of a caller to the terminal equipments as displayed information when called.
