PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service to a requester as to door-to-door delivery freight. SOLUTION: When the requester 2 brings a parcel 3 to a collection and delivery office 1, a clerk operates an office terminal machine 4 to send parcel request information (size, weight, address, etc.), by a parcel request information input means 5 to a company-in-charge determining means 11 on a host computer 10 installed in a vehicle allocation management center 9. The determining means 11 computes the door-to-door delivery charges of respective transporting companies according to the parcel request information and selects and reports a company B of the lowest charge to the collection and delivery office 1. When the collection and delivery office side 1 approves the company B, the company B is determined as a company in charge. |
