The invention relates to a magnetically inductive flowmeter, in which an evaluation/regulating unit (7) compensates a disturbance potential in the measuring electrode device (2, 3) in such a way that the measuring electrode device (2, 3) is subjected to a charge having an opposing polarity sign, said charge being approximately equal to the charge which is stored in a boundary layer capacitor in the measuring electrode device (2, 3) as a result of the disturbance potential. Alternatively, the evaluation/regulating unit (7) derives a charge which is stored in a boundary layer capacitor in the measuring electrode device (2, 2) as a result of the disturbance potential, at given intervals in relation to ground. |
