Method whereby a user connects to an Internet or intranet server with an input-output arrangement (10) with a browser (11), a feedback manager (21) and a data store (30) that contains feedback rules (32) and web pages (33) in an online environment with a user able to reach other web pages stored in other servers via suitable links. After the user has activated a feedback function on a web page, the feedback manager controls access to web pages and feedback rules and generates a web site specific feedback page and transfers it to the input-output unit. An Independent claim is made for a system for automatic generation of feedback pages in an online information service and information environment.
