<p>The present invention is related to production of regenerated leather with leather waste. The process is characterized in comprising the following steps: (1) peeling off and producing leather fibers, (2) adding and mixing auxiliary materials, (3) layering, (4) presetting by needle punching, (5) hot-melt adhesion, (6) pressing and cooling. The present process has the advantages of no pollution, low energy expenditure, saving water and high quality comparing conventional wet method.</p> |
