PURPOSE: An inorganic powder coating agent for forming protrusion on the surface of refractory or metal case is provided, which is prepared by mixing a binder that is easy to adhere to the refractory powder of various particle size with a refractory material containing metal case or carbon, and is coated by spraying or atomizing, so that slide is prevented and strong binding force is obtained. CONSTITUTION: The coating agent is characterized in that it is configured by including a variety of refractory powder of particle size of 5 mm to 5 μm for forming protrusion, with the particle size distribution of 20 % of 5 mm to 2 mm, 20 to 80 % of 2 mm to 0.3 mm, less than 30 % of 0.3 mm to 5 μm, a variety of carbon of 0.2 mm to 0.5 μm of particle size for enhancing the mixing tolerance of the refractory powder, less than 10 % of a variety of antioxidant additives of less than 0.1 mm of particle size for preventing oxidation of the carbon at high temperature, and 5 to 60 % of organic or inorganic binder for adhering the mixture of a variety of refractory powder, carbon, antioxidant additives after coated on the surface of refractory material or metal case. |
