PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely, simply, and completely extract hot oil in a short time by installing a hot oil extracting valve and a jet pump in a hot oil jacket. SOLUTION: A device for extracting hot oil is composed of hot oil inlet header piping (4) connected to the lower part of the hot oil jacket (1), the hot oil extracting valve (12) connected to the piping (4), and the jet pump (13), and the hot oil is discharged forcibly by the pump (13).
