PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single device with both functions of a stapler and a paper punch without providing them independently. SOLUTION: An object attached with a stapler body 3 and a stapler pedestal 1 is movably attached in the center of a body base 7 and the stapler body is moved to a use position so as to move a punch cutter slide plate 2 to the outside and the stapler only is made into a usable state. The stapler body 3 is moved in an inverse position to the using position and the punch cutter 8 is moved inside by the punch cutter slide plate spring 9 so that the punch cutter 8 alone is made into a usable state.
