PLANT GROWING APPARATUS AND CONTROL SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A plant growing apparatus and a control system thereof are provided which are used in experiments for finding out a most suitable growing environment for plants using an LED as a light source. CONSTITUTION: A hinged gate(8) is installed at one proper face of a cabinet body(2) surrounded by an insulating wall. A lighting window(6) is installed at the top face(5a) or a proper side face. An LED lighting instrument is arranged at the lighting window(6) to face the lighting window(6). An LED control unit for controlling the LED lighting instrument is provided near the LED lighting instrument or at a proper side face of the cabinet body(2). At the cabinet body(2), at least parts of a growth detection sensor, a growth environment monitoring unit and a growth environment regulating unit are provided. A growth environment control unit is provided at a proper place.
