PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a trouble of adding a handle to each refill container with a valve by attaching a handle on a liquid extraction valve to be mounted when using the refill container. SOLUTION: A handle 21 for lifting a refill container 1 with a valve with the liquid pour-out valve 11 mounted is attached to a part of the valve 11 having a peripheral wall 14 to be fitted over an external surface of a neck of the refill container 1 hanging from an outer periphery of a top plate 13.
