PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly press-fix the electrode terminal of a flexible printed circuit board and the lead terminal of a liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: A heater bar 11 is provided with a closing member 15 for closing a space which is generated by a gap between a hole 7 for heater bar and the heater bar 11 when the heater bar 11 is housed in the hole 7 for heater bar, from the outside of a heater block 6.
