PURPOSE: A process for preparing an oral pharmaceutical composition containing vitamin B12 using gastric juice of a strong acid as a solvent of vitamin B12, and hyaluronic acid as an additive is provided. Whereby, the product has enhanced durability and persistence. CONSTITUTION: Vitamin B12 is dissolved in a solvent such as gastric juice, mixed with an additive and then particulated to produce an oral composition containing vitamin B12. In the process, hyaluronic acid and pentacene are used as the additive in a ratio of solvent:vitamin B12:hyaluronic acid:pentacene of 100:1 to 2:2 to 4:0.5:1, and lactose having a mass number of 1,000 to 2,000 is also added to before particulation of the mixture.
