When the relay node 200 receives a handover instruction to instruct the relay station handover, the relay node 200 executes the relay station handover. When the relay node 200 receives a handover instruction to instruct the terminal handover, the relay node 200 transmits a handover instruction to at least one of radio terminals 300E to 300G.</p> |
