PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for feeding a fixed quantity of powdery granule material, which is capable of feeding a minute, fixed amount of powdery granule material at a high speed by a high-speed centrifugal scraping system. SOLUTION: The device for feeding a fixed quantity of powdery granule material comprises a pipe having an opening in its leading end, which pipe is provided for continuously supplying the powdery granule material. The device also comprises a hemisherical rotating container capable of rotating in a predetermined direction at a high speed in order that the material poured through the opening be moved upward along the wall surface of the rotating container by centrifugal force. The device additionally comprises a level adjusting plate located a predetermined distance apart from the internal surface of the rotating container, which plate forms the material on the internal surface of the rotating container into a uniform, thin layer. The device further comprises a scraping prove having a cutting edge at its leading end, which probe thrusts into the thin layer of the material on the internal surface of the rotating container in order to scrape a fixed quantity of the material. The device yet further comprises a discharging pipe having a discharging opening in the middle of the rotating container, which pipe is provided for collecting the material scraped by the probe.
