PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden house having freathability as well as earthquake resistance, high air-tightness and high thermal insulation. SOLUTION: In this wooden house A, a floor board material 3 formed of laminated wood is directly placed on a groundsill 1 or a beam 2 of a ceiling to improve earthquake resisting performance, and also high air-tightness and high thermal insulation are achieved. The end of the floor board material 3 fixed to the groundsill 1 or the beam 2 is provided with a cutout part 4 projected inward over the inside surface (a) of the groundsill 1 or beam 2, or a communicating groove 9 is provided in the base c of the floor board material 3 fixed to the groundsill 1 or the beam 2, thereby securing a path for the air extending from below the floor or the ceiling through the cutout part 4 or the communicating groove 9 to the wall part.
