PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for a drying agent having high air permeability and moisture permeability and capable of establishing air permeability at an arbitrary level in spite of its plastic film construction and composed of a plastic film having excellent tenacity. SOLUTION: A packaging bag for a drying agent is made of a plastic film and is a square bag formed of heat-bonded portions wherein a plurality of small holes or cuts are formed in the predetermined area of the plastic film and a heat-bonding air permeable base material is heat-bonded to the inner surface of the plastic film to cover the whole of the formed plural small holes or cuts.
