PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a waste delivery and to carry out an efficient delivery by previously confirming at-home time by a communication device, i.e., a telephone and an electronic mail when a baggage is delivered. SOLUTION: The communication device has an address memory means for memorizing an address of transmission; a transmission content memory means for memorizing a transmission content regarding the delivery; a transmitting means for transmitting the transmission content to a transmitted side; a receiving means for receiving a response of the transmitting means; a recording means for recording the response received by the receiving means; and an indication means for indicating the response recorded by the recording means.
