PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of the quality of a tire by suppressing retention of air between a vulcanizing bladder and a green tire. SOLUTION: The vulcanizing bladder, in a meridian cross section including a tire axis in an initial state with an internal pressure of 0.4 kPa packed, has a bladder main part having a cylindrical barrel part facing the tread part of the green tire and a tapered side wall part the width of which is decreased inward in the radius direction at both ends.
