PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional knitted fabric which can be produced without needing a secondary process for forming uneven surfaces, thereby has excellent productivity, has a light weight, excellent air permeability, excellent body weight pressure dispersibility, an excellent slip-preventing property, and a proper cushioning property, gives a sinking touch of about 10 mm which is said to be ergonomically comfortable, has a good touch, and has excellent design, although having a three-dimensional deep appearance. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional knitted fabric 1 comprising a front knitted fabric 2 and a back knitted fabric 3 which are connected to each other with connection yarns 4, is characterized by suitably adjusting the runner values (knitting tensions) of the connection yarns 4 to change the connection distances between the front and back knitted fabrics 2, 3 with the connection yarns 4 into two or more distances, thereby forming the three-dimensional knitted fabric 1 in which at least one of the front and back knitted fabrics 2, 3 comprises projected knitted portions 10, 12, and dent knitted portions 11, 13 disposed at places inward sunk from the surfaces of the projected knitted portions.
