PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling tool capable of uniformizing a rolling draft to a material to be rolled and accurately rolling a tooth form. SOLUTION: A chamfer 2a is provided with a first flat chamfer 2a1 in which the crest of each of teeth forms 3a1 to 3a6 is cut toward a direction approximately parallel to a rolling direction to form a flat tip. Thereby, each of teeth forms 3a1 to 3a6 in the first flat chamfer 2a1 is formed in approximately the same tip height as each other and also its figuration is formed in nearly the same shape, can cut into the material to be rolled uniformly, and also can cut into even each region in the peripheral direction of the rolled material in a nearly equal cut-in amount. Therefore, the figuration accuracy of the tooth form to be rolled to the material can be improved.
